Replace the video card with a GTX 1660 (just about 45 thousand rubles are now in DNS)
I don’t see the point in changing the motherboard and processor - the gain is unlikely to be big. For modern games, 6 threads should be enough. Unless a particular game wants more.
You can also add RAM, but this is more likely in the future. I looked at the system requirements of modern games - almost all fit into the recommended 12-16 GB.
Therefore, upgrading the video card is perhaps the only option that will give an immediate and tangible increase in performance in games.
