How to upgrade php to 5.6 on CentOS 6?

I am transferring a project on yii2 to a server with CentOS 6. The server is running php version 5.3. Added remi repository. Registered for php 5.6 enabled = 1. But when updating, an error pops up:

Not strong in administration. I would like a correct update algorithm

Install the remi repository, /etc/yum.repos.d in the remi files, enable the required version and yum update.
