How to upgrade for DooM Eternal?

There is an AMD FX-8150 / NVIDIA GTX 770 4Gb computer.
On a computer, you can play DooM (2016) quite tolerably, but DooM Eternal comes with noticeable brakes.
The question is: will just replacing the video card significantly increase performance, or is it necessary to change the entire platform?
What iron can be preferred in terms of price-quality ratio for DooM Eternal?

No. I love Doom 2016, but Eternal is a disappointment. But fx was bad then, and it's bad now.

It is better to change the entire platform, since AMD FX is a very bad processor and VC is very old. Write your budget and I will help you build the best PC for this game and not only for it.
