How to update Windows 10 again after a rollback?
Yesterday Windows 10 was updated to the latest build 10147, however, there were troubles with sound that could not be solved in any way, Windows offered to roll back to the previous build 10074. It rolled back normally, the sound returned, but the Start button, the search bar, and almost all system icons in the tray also does not react in any way. I decided to update again to the latest build, but for some reason the update center does not find any updates. How to update to the latest build again without losing settings and other things?

Search the Internet for ESD, convert an ISO from it (or you can immediately find such an ISO), and then mount the ISO and do an inplace upgrade.
