We had an unloading of counterparties from 1C to BUS.
We changed phone numbers for some contractors in 1C, uploaded them again. The information has not been updated.
After talking with Tech. Support received the following conclusion:
"As part of the exchange, only the Profile entity is created / updated. Profile
fields can be created or updated.
The user does not belong to the list of entities that participate in the exchange.
The user is created during the exchange, only to create an order or profile and performs a purely technical role - the user ID is required when creating an order and

As far as we understand, the information will be updated only for the person who made purchases on the site. Well, okay - so be it. But the bottom line is that the buyers' information was not updated after unloading either. The

What the exchange module cannot do is api:
Write api in Bitrix by updating Users (customers)
