How to update liquidosoap playlist but continue from the same place?

Hello!
Now liquidosap watches the playlist in this way - "reload_mode="watch" - i.e. when the playlist changes, it immediately picks it up. However, there is one question - after the update, it starts reading it from the very beginning. Is it possible to specify from where to start?
Why do I need this - look here. For example, the current track is playing and I want another one to play after it, but not the one that was originally in the file, but the one that I added, say, a minute ago. You know , this is something like a "live" playlist, when I could change the next tracks on the fly.
Now the situation is this - to play the next track that I want to play next, I have to add it to the very beginning of the playlist.
