How to update if composer looks at apache2 version and I'm running cgi?

There is such a problem:

This package requires php ^7.1.3 but your PHP version (7.0.27) does not satisfy that requirement.

So this is the native version. The site itself runs on cgi php ver 7.2.*
How can I update looking not at the native version, but at cgi?

@troodi

--ignore-platform-reqs: ignore php, hhvm, lib-* and ext-* requirements and force the installation even if the local machine does not fulfill these. See also the platform config option
