How to update GLIBC from 2.2.5 to 2.3.3?

OS WSVS 3.0 v14. Experience with Linux is not enough, I can not update. I found this on Google , I do everything as it is written. After doing

../glibc-2.3.3-20031202/configure --prefix=/usr \
    --disable-profile --enable-add-ons=linuxthreads \
    --libexecdir=/usr/lib --with-headers=/usr/include \
    --without-cvs

gives an error message.
configure: WARNING: you should use --build, --host, --target
configure: WARNING: invalid host type: --disable-profile
configure: error: invalid variable name: --libexecdir

It is not worth updating to stock glibc - all software tied to mandatory access control will break, at least. And formally lose the certification. The best you can offer is to love her for who she is.
