How to update an iPhone from a saved update?

Can you please tell me how to update the iPhone to the version of the update that I downloaded, and not to the latest one? Through iTunes, when I connected the iPhone to the computer, I downloaded the update by clicking "Download only". How can I install this particular update now?

If the firmware you downloaded is no longer signed by Apple, then nothing. If you subscribe - then through iTunes, press Shift and, without releasing, click on the "Update" button and select the firmware file you need.
