How to unsubscribe from the mailing list of people to whom mail is not delivered?

There is a blog on drupal 7, on which the mailing list is carried out using the simplenews module. Due to the huge number of subscribing bots, tons of non-delivery messages arrive and the mailing itself goes on for weeks because of this.
Is there any way to automatically unsubscribe addresses where letters do not reach? Is it also possible to somehow check the validity of the address when subscribing, I mean not send a confirmation link, but something like - someone signs, send a welcome letter, see that it was delivered - sign, no - cancel the subscription?

PS You can, of course, do this manually (unsubscribe), but I feel that the roof will quickly go from this :)
