How to properly use views in a drupal module?

Hey!
I want to make a module for the admin panel in drupal, which will display a list of nodes.
To display the nodes, I'm going to use a view, which I create with $view = new view(); (I export the view)
Tell me how to themize such a view? Those. I want to set the theme to "Output in line style" and use the template file that will be in the folder with the module.
Am I doing it right?

Or created nodes? i.e. pages, need headers...
