Firmware formats for each device model are different, without good reason no one will make software for unpacking a specific format. If it was not possible to find it in Google, most likely such a program does not exist, and you will have to figure it out on your own. Methods for unpacking, decryption, location of parts, structure of the file system - most will have to be obtained from the system code (reverse engineering). Due to the large amount of reverse engineering effort required, such things are usually done for profit (the same Unlock code generators on Huawei).
