How to set up internet in vlan huawei s 5700-28x-li-24-ac?

Good afternoon, help me figure out the setup of huawei s5700-28-x-li-24s-ac, I'm interested in the diagram that I attached . I can't figure out how to configure port g0/0/21 on the switch to which the Internet comes. I looked through the instructions on the official site, but I did not find the answer.
The problem is that after assigning vlan and configuring dhcp, laptops get ip addresses from the range I specified, but the Internet does not work, although I registered a static route to the gateway. Thank you.

if the software supports L3 interfaces, then something like this

int gi0/0/21
 undo portswitch
 ip address 192.168.0.254 255.255.255.0

if it does not support, then you start a new Vlan X
port gi0 / 0/21 you place in VlanX
You create a vlanifX interface and hang up an IP address on it
And the default route you have is a curve. Must be 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
And also your gateway must know the routes in the network 103,104,105
