there is a MicroSD flash drive, put a password on it 4 years ago. Reflash the phone and now the flash drive requires a password to view the contents. It needs to be unlocked with saving information (DO NOT offer format option), tell me, maybe someone knows the software that can do this

It depends on what the password was set, if it is a proprietary utility, then try to reset it.
If you are afraid of losing data, you can first make a backup of the entire partition and already cut it for everyone.
