How to choose a power supply for a PC?
Hello!
I've always wondered about this, but I can't seem to find the answer.
The power supply is an integral and main part of the PC and its quality is equally proportional to the long and reliable operation of all components as a whole.
This raises questions, firms that specialize in the production of power supplies and tops in this segment, what brand names do they have?
and now I'm assembling a computer for myself and choosing between AeroCool, Thermaltake, Zalman and Cooler Master, but I understand that for the most part it's just a change of stickers.
Who prefers which firms and why?

You go to the site of some online store with a richer assortment. It is not necessary to buy here, the comparison is important for us. Filter the PSU according to the parameters you need. Sort by price. And then look at the reviews already on specific models. Nobody canceled unsuccessful series from well-known manufacturers and the availability of good quality products from less famous companies. We found something that suits you in principle - look at how and how much money the more expensive models differ. Are you ready to pay so much extra for this advantage or not?
Here is my selection mechanism. As a result, I have Cooler Master in my system unit without any detachable wires, just with a white certificate. But for two and a half years I have absolutely no complaints about him.
Take with certificate 80 plus.
