Does this system support RAM upgrades?
Good morning! Actually, here is the configuration: Motherboard Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H v2 (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN, IEEE-1394), AMD Athlon II X2 250 Processor, 2.0GB RAM, NVIDIA GTS 450. I want to add another 4GB RAM, wouldn't it be hard for this system? It's just that somewhere for a long time it caught my eye that if the motherboard-processor is not very good, then there is no point in installing a lot of RAM, because it won't drag it.
PS I would also like to know if it is possible to install Windows 64bit on 2GB RAM, install all the drivers, configure, and only then, after a week, install additional. RAM? It's just that now I have time to dig deeper, and in a week I'll be busy when I have the opportunity to buy more RAM.
PSS And if possible, which one is better to choose DIMM DDR3, 4GB, Kingston (DIMM DDR3, 4GB, PC3-12800, 1600MHz, Kingston, KVR16N11S8 / 4) or DIMM DDR3, 4GB, Crucial (DIMM DDR3, 4GB, PC3-12800, 1600MHz , Crucial CT51264BA160BJ).
PSSS RAM should be the same company as the one that already stands? Or is it important to know only DDR3 or DDR2?
