How to set up a monitor connection under windows manually?
I connected the Hp lp2465 monitor through the display port - dvi adapter (there is no dvi on the msi mortar max mother and Hdmi is busy) Ubuntu mate is installed on the same computer, where the monitor in this setup was initially launched in low resolution and there was no choice of increased. Through the terminal and xrandr added a native resolution of 1920x1200 with 60g - it gives a controller error or does not work, but with 50g it works without problems. everything is functioning perfectly.
In Windows, it only works in safe mode, and then the connected one, in reduced resolution mode, also has a black screen. Reinstalling amd adrenalin 22.3.2 does nothing. The detect button in Multiply display settings does not find it. I saw information that it is possible because of the antiquity of the monica and the lack of a driver for it, Windows may simply not see it.
So does anyone know how to manually make it work and the desired mode can be selected through the same programs like Custom resolution utility.
I'm using:
windows 10
mortar max with ryzen 5 5600g (using inline for output)

You can add a custom resolution in the amd radeon settings control panel, monitor settings, a plus sign at the bottom Custom resolution
if it does not start in safe mode, then look in the menu where you chose safe mode item - run in vga mode .... adding resolution, it should persist even after a reboot.
in order not to blindly poke around, connect a second monitor temporarily and set it up on it, then it doesn’t matter if the second monitor pulls or not, you set it up once, you should remember

The integrated gpu on the 3400G supports multiple monitors but your motherboard does not.So what if there is a 3400G, and you have a 5600G, there is an MSI "bazooka", and you have an MSI "mortar", one fig. I translate: the built-in processor supports, and the motherboard does not support two monitors. Yes, there are several ports, but only because they are different. You don't need to use them at the same time. To connect a second monitor, you will need a discrete graphics card.
