1. Try through the "Toolbar -> Add or Remove Programs" to remove it (it seems sometimes it also rolls for programs without this file).
2. Try to determine which folders were affected by the program in addition to standard places (% appdata%, my documents, program files), delete files from there manually and then clean up the tails in the registry with special software (which is full) or manually - Win + R > regedit > ctrl +f "search" > remove all entries from the registry.
