How to uninstall/reinstall bash from windows 10?

Yesterday I wanted to install bash on windows 10. I started the installation, but after a while the lights were turned off and the installation was interrupted almost at the end of the installation.
Now when I try to install bash again, nothing happens. I enter bash into the console, and that's it ... nothing happens, that's all.
How to fix? How all the same to install this bash?

lxrun /uninstall /full 
lxrun /install

You can also turn off Developer Mode, turn off Win+R -> Optionalfeatures.exeWindows Subsystem for Linux (Beta), restart your PC and do it all over again
