How to undock application windows to another monitor?

There are two monitors, in extended screen mode. The application has many internal windows, but there is no function for detaching them from the main window in order to transfer them to a second monitor. Are there programs that allow you to manage windows?

Open a second copy of the program with your main window on the second monitor.
