How to understand whether you are worthy of a better salary or not yet grown up and do not even have to stick out?

How to understand whether you are worthy of a better salary or not yet grown up and do not even have to stick out?

Actually about myself and what I work for:
I have been working for a total of 1.5 years, of which 1 year in the company. I get 30 thousand, this is already with a raise, to put it mildly, it's hard to live with such a salary.
PHP - Symfony, Laravel, Zend. A bit of JS when there is no front-end on the project.
Mysql, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Redis.
I’ll make the server myself, set it up, catch requests, hotfixes for the sale.
I do tasks myself, usually I don’t need help, I design everything myself. I keep small projects. I don't see php tasks that I couldn't solve. I don’t seem to be lazy, I don’t sit around drinking coffee for half a day, I try.
Experience with different apish, amazon, google, stripe, experience with different packages/bundles and all that. I create apics myself.
English, yes, it’s classical here, I think it’s a common one, the problem is that there is no independent colloquial language to take and freely write / speak with clients. And I want to, but I don’t have enough strength to drag English every day. Here it would be at least to study the improvement code, new chips.
Another criterion is that I cannot live psychologically in cities, although I tried, so the work is only remote.

Actually, what is missing for me to earn at least 60 thousand rubles? How to understand where my problem is, and where they stupidly do not appreciate and it's time to change the company? It's scary to just leave, even if they pay little for it.
Maybe from junior to middle you need to work for food for 3 years and someday I will grow up to a conditional $ 1000? Experienced, please share your opinion.

Dude, what kind of worthy can we talk about if you don’t have enough, roughly speaking, for Doshirak so as not to die of hunger?
You increase your salary by 50 percent so as not to die, that's all, what kind of dignity can we talk about?
Or maybe you are of some noble family, then why are you working for food.
I understand when a programmer gets 200k there and wonders if I deserve to get 600k.
In this case, we are talking about survival, either raise salary at the current place or get a new job and there’s nothing to even think about

bro, you have enough. you're just being used. I have more than $1.5k salary remotely, and I didn't work with everything you described.
You just need to go through interviews, you will get an offer very quickly. and then, without hesitation, reel off the fishing rods from the current position.

driving minibuses in the district center earns more. Have you even heard of clickhouse? so worthy or not?

devdie ,

It is interesting to hear what tasks I have to solve, not "being a trainee"? Given that I solve the same problems as people with experience of 3 years or more.

Kapets I suffered with such.
Clients of "assistants hired"
"Solve problems" in such a way that then it needs
to be completely redone 10 times longer . They
also take out the brain with all sorts of stupid decisions that they try to justify and with hostility any criticism.
Just a pip.
But according to the "resume" from the question, the author is more than I can :)
You have to go to the office and study with really cool guys for 5 years, then freelancing already.
in freelancing, 95% can do nothing normally and a huge self-importance and "experience".

Go to the interview, there are simply no other options. While you are sitting and dreaming, a new well-paid job will not come to you by itself.
Working with api, writing your own api is a must have for a developer, but how well do you do it? How well do you know said stack? (a rhetorical question, interviews will help to answer it). Symfony and Laravel are good. Clickhouse - very interesting, do you know him, understand? Did you form a job with him yourself? Or are you just using it and it's not transparent to you?
English is a problem for many Russian speakers, in most cases the ability to read technical documentation is enough, at least in the first couple.
It’s more difficult with remote work, after quarantine, employers have become more loyal in this regard, more vacancies have appeared, but now they are again looking with suspicion, because. performance is still lower for most.
Interview questions will help you navigate what you need right now, there are often questions that are considered wildly important, and it will take you 1-6 hours to study them. Try.

The guy is a complete paragraph! 30k 10 years ago is one thing, and 30k now is 10-15k for those times, in security (I speak for St. Petersburg)
without any knowledge, they immediately give 38k + part-time work, in total 45 thousand will come out, a colleague in Poland receives 1000 euros in his hands, working for having completed 10 day courses in the pipeline, he lives pretty well, and in development working + studying these crazy technologies after work, I think this is masochism, urgently look for a new job, especially with this stack

Karoch, Sklifasovsky, colleagues wrote a lot here.
If you really are as cool as you describe, then this is already, nifiga, not a joon. This time.
Different companies are ready to offer very different rates for the same requirements. This is two.
This is the market. Companies sell themselves to you, you sell yourself to companies. Realize that you are giving the company an irrevocable resource in the form of your own time, effort, creative energy, experiences, concentration, etc. In response, the company can only repay you, with just money and some other goodies, and nothing more.
Accordingly, who's stopping you from wanting? Only your fears and pseudo-rationality. There is no ceiling. And if it is, then who installed it and on what basis?
You have no understanding of the value of what you are doing. You falsely believe that any first person you meet from the street can replace you with a running start - not at all. And those who can - will not, because they have more cost-effective proposals.
You don't sell yourself properly because you're just about twice as middle class.
Many vacancies do not have a fork, for various reasons, so it is difficult for a beginner to navigate in terms of what is how much. Normal middle rate starts from 90k. It is not customary to discuss this and many HRs will not forgive me, well, and God be with them. Infa about the rate two or three years ago, respectively, since then inflation has made adjustments. But we will not be greedy.
Returning to selling yourself, go to LinkedIn and humanly explain there in your profile what you really can do, with examples from practice. If on simple - describe normally projects and area of responsibility. While you are invisible, you cannot be found, even if you try very hard. And eychary VERY try. Therefore, stupidly BECOME VISIBLE.
It is really impossible to live on 30, even in one. Therefore, sit down and calculate how much you really need for life, especially taking into account dependents (if any or planned), improvements in living conditions, etc. Yes, you will not come to this right away, but the one who walks will master the road.
The complexity of projects in IT is growing like a snowball, so there will ALWAYS be a shortage of qualified specialists until machines replace us. Strive to be a fit specialist, and companies will fight for you. :) Dudes who naively believe that they have already achieved everything, very quickly leave the race ... Then it is very difficult to catch up and catch up. There is no need to yawn - too expensive.
Go to social security, regularly, even if everything is fine and you do not plan to change the company. It constantly highlights where you have not yet reached the limits of your capabilities and greatly boosts development. Every social security is feedback and surprises, especially when you suddenly start getting offers.
Remote work itself is slowly becoming more and more popular, companies are learning how to work remotely, losing fears, and improving processes. Distance is the future. Yes, and the crown added such a good splash towards the remote control. Therefore, set aside to bathe, there are enough vacancies.
Summary summary:
1) Form in your head a real figure that will allow you to live as a person, gain self-respect and strive for it with full dedication. Just remember, money itself is just numbers in the servers of the central bank. The real value of money is in the goods for which it can still be exchanged. Therefore, in fact, it is necessary to think in terms of the desired benefits, and not the desired number on the account. :)
2) Sell yourself wisely
3) Go to social services regularly, at least 2 times a month. More often is better in the early stages.
4) Constantly develop, never stop there.
5) Peace, labor, chewing gum.

- English is not enough, by the way, you don’t need much time for it - it’s enough to learn grammar from Murphy’s textbook, and then read and watch everything only in English. You still watch YouTube and TV in the background. On any topic: even entertaining, even working - include English-speaking bloggers, watch films and TV shows only in the original, listen, make faces - parody the phrases of the characters with their intonation, write down 100 examples for each rule from Murphy that you heard in the films and found in books - you need to read the classics: Sheldon, King, Tolkien - they have a rich and complex style. The conversation will come very quickly.

Stop, stop, when I find freelancers on the Internet (Bitrix, web development) , they usually charge 1000-1500 rubles per hour. I don't think you get enough. For a freelancer, to get your salary, you need 20-30 hours of work (such a relaxed work week).

Dude, just go to a couple of social services. You most likely have low self-esteem + impostor syndrome (since I get paid so little, does that mean I deserve only this?). Yes, if you do not know how, then you will not be paid, but with a year of experience you can already find something worthy. You just need to start going through social security and not be afraid, in any case, it won’t get worse, but it will only get better)
