How to understand openOCD debugger logs?

Good afternoon.
There was a problem starting the program. The project compiles without errors but does not run on the MK, in the Eclipse environment in conjunction with arm-none-eabi + openOCD. Below is a link to the log from the debugger link to the log can anyone explain what the problem is?
