Eclipse an error has occurred. See the log file what to do?

Good afternoon.
I have already surfed all over the Internet, where I just was not to find the answer to my question ...
But alas, nothing helped, even the same Stack Overflow did not give a result.
The problem is this:
I installed Eclipse oxygen 1 , added TestNG to it and wrote a small autotest.
The autotest did not start, an error came out, which I don’t remember, and I don’t remember ... I
walked, searched, came across an article that describes the solution to this problem by reinstalling Java , in general, I did everything, reinstalled the latest version of JDK 9 , registered PATH / JAVA_HOME checked in the console if everything was done correctly59d6585576b3c422002970.pngeverything seems to be ok, I run it and here it is, this most malicious error that has been haunting me for the second day 59d658654046f395322724.png
that I just didn’t do it, and deleted files, cleaned directories, reinstalled Java , Eclipse also demolished it again, the result is Zero .
Can anyone give me some advice on how to deal with this?

Эти все инструменты собирался использовать для автоматизации тестирования веб сайта.
не отрицаю что могут быть и лучше связки, чем Eclipse/TestNG/Selenium но я начал с этого, почему? даже не знаю, так вышло :)
