How to understand if it is possible to install RAM on the motherboard?

Hello. I have 2 GB of DDR3 RAM, I want to upgrade to 8 GB, on the manufacturer's website mat. The board says that each slot supports 1333 MHz, 1 or 2 GB of RAM, but 4 GB is only 1066 and only two models, and it’s quite difficult to find one. Here I have such a question, can I put 4 GB of the same RAM at 1333, will there be any problems with this?

PS motherboard Asrock G41M-GS3, suddenly expressed the question incorrectly.

You can set 1333, it will work at lower frequencies.
On my own, I recommend taking it in a large store in your city, opening the package carefully so that if it doesn’t work, you can return it within 2 weeks. I, on a 2-week right, handed over a semi-working opera (not under warranty, but simply within 2 weeks).
