How to understand 3200+ (OC) in the name of RAM?

The bar of RAM flew off, I want to buy a new one. The motherboard specs say:

- AMD Ryzen processors (Picasso and Raven Ridge) support DDR4 3200+(OC) / 2933 / 2667 / 2400 / 2133 non-ECC memory, not buffered*

How to understand 3200+(OS)? I realized that in overclocking. But by default it will work on 3200 or what? So I can buy HyperX DDR4-3200, for example?

@Ranwise

OC = overclocking, most likely there is a built-in profile for overclocking, I don’t know how the timings for AMD are relevant
