How to underline text in a button?

Good afternoon, forum users. The question is next. There is a button tag, it contains a long text, which turned out to be two lines. Text must be underlined; text-decoration is not suitable, as it skips descenders of words and cannot be edited; u tag there. I wanted to use border-bottom, but it turns out like this, which is expected:

How can I solve this issue and make the underline normal, without using "underline"?
