It's simple, open the layout in Photoshop, in the upper right corner there is a button, to the right of the search
There you select the item "Graphics and the Internet", then on top "Editing - settings - units of measure and rulers" there you put the units of measurement (pixels), you're done, you're ready typesetting, measuring indents, if you need to get an image, get information about an element, etc. - hold down ctrl and click on the element
