How to turn on the check of the remaining ink level back?

Canon Pixma TS5040
The printer uses Cactus cartridges. And all of them are. Does not swear at any, except for the blue one. He asked me to turn off the check of the remaining ink level in order to continue using it. Is it possible to turn it back on?
