Hello, I bought an Asus vivobook laptop, I can’t figure out how to make the backlight of the keys always work, because right now it turns off after 30 seconds of non-use

It is quite likely not. This is embedded in the EC (Embedded Controller) firmware. If there are no official instructions and options for setting up, most likely you will have to periodically press Ctrl to activate the backlight.
