How to turn off PC visibility when bluetooth is on in Windows 10 x64 2004?

I use bluetooth headphones connected to my laptop. When bluetooth is enabled, the PC is searching for bluetooth devices on the phone / tablet, although the checkbox for detecting PC is unchecked in the bluetooth settings.
