How to file a website without hosting at home?

Yes, I know, not best practice.
So far I have decided that this will be enough, before the site is untwisted and filled with content.
So. I have a good Internet with a fixed IP, Mac Mini Server with OS X Lion, MAMP Pro, Joomla engine, DD-WRT router and a domain registered on nic.ru.
At the moment, the problem is that the site cannot be accessed under a domain, only by IP, or accessed under a domain name, but only at home.
How exactly to solve this problem? Delegated a domain to nic.ru indicating dns:
google-public-dns-a.google.com (8.8.8.8)
google-public-dns-b.google.com (8.8.4.4)
Delegation passed, but during the check There was an error:
The zone file for the domain is not available via TCP. The name of the DNS server has been removed from the list of checks.
I'm a complete layman in this area, so tell me if it's not difficult for anyone.

This is where the problem is. You can't do that.
You need to buy/find free NS hosting. I made a list for a long time:

@butteff

1. Set up a web server on your home PC for your domain to properly accept and process requests
2. Have your domain registrar set up DNS and MX records that lead to your static IP.
3. Wait a day until the dns register with your provider or set up hosts if you need to urgently work on the server.
4. Jumla is not a very reasonable option, but this is for the sake of hollivar.
that's all like be.
