How to turn off pale yellow "sent" text color in Outlook 2016?

The text when working with sent / forwarded / quoted is completely unreadable, neither for me nor for the addressee. Selection does not help (see screenshot). There was a fresh installation of Office on an additional computer. Tell me how to overcome? Surely this is elementary (for those who know).
