How to translate words in Storefront theme?

Hello.
Can you please tell me how in the Storefront theme you can translate the phrases "Recent Products", "Featured Products", "Top rated Products", "item / items (basket)" into Russian? When installing Russian localization, these phrases are not translated.

Or you can not download anything, but put https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and translate directly from the admin panel.
