It all depends on how the theme was created.
If i18n & l10n were taken into account when creating a theme, then most likely you will have pot & po files. In this case, just open this file with the PoEdit program or the LocoTranslate plugin and find the desired string and translate it.
Another thing is if the theme is not localized (i.e. some kind of hardcoding at the template level). In this case, find the appropriate theme template (for example, 404.rnp) and find the title tag and rewrite it in English.
Well, or you can localize the theme by adding the appropriate wrapper tags and then, based on these tags, create a pot, and then po & mo files.
