How to translate wordpress plugins?

The plugin has files for localization, added the necessary values ​​via poedit, uploaded it to the server. No changes to site, still showing msgid "You have already voted on this poll !" for the phrase highlighted in the screenshot. Maybe something else needs to be done, some kind of cache?

Hello!
1) make sure the file is named correctly.
название_плгина-ru_RU.po
For Russian localization:

-ru_RU.po
-ru_RU.mo

For Ukrainian localization:

-uk_UA.po
-uk_UA.mo

For Belarusian localization:

be_BY.po
be_BY.mo

2) Make sure the mo file is present, as that is what the VI is reading.
3) The translation file must be located in the directory with the plugin in the languages ​​folder or in the languages ​​directory

myPlugin/languages/файл
wp-content/languages/plugins/файл

4) Add the desired localization to the wp-config.php file
