How to bulk update a woocommerce product?

Hello . I created a custom field for the product category using the ACF plugin. And set it to the default value. but in order for the field to appear, you need to enter each product and click the "Save" button. Is there a way to bulk apply a new property to a product group. There are many products, over 1000 per category. so it's not practical to do it manually. In support, they answered that you need to dig towards update_field(). But I can’t put it into practice, maybe someone has a ready-made solution. Thanks
