Toggle is not only a noun "switch", it is also a verb "toggle". In this context, the literal translation would be "Switch smart anti-aliasing". The problem is that in Russian it is not customary to say so.
Therefore, it is translated either as a verb in the 3rd person "[Button] Toggle smart smoothing", or as a noun "Smart smoothing switch", or omit it altogether, using "on / off": - "Smart smoothing on / off". You can write in a human way, for example "Turns smart anti-aliasing on or off."
Ideally, the style is chosen to match the translation of the main program. Terminology, by the way, should also match.
As for specific points:
1. recognition - in this context, this is not recognition, but recognition. I mean, if enabled, connectors are supposed to automatically attach to compatible objects, if not, they don't. I would translate "Enables or disables connector detection" or "... connectors"
2. "Enables or disables smart anti-aliasing" / "Smart anti-aliasing on/off."
3. "Enable or disable angle limit" / "Angle limit on/off"
Now self-criticism:
I don’t like point 1, because.
- the text is long, which is bad for a tooltip
- long "smart" words like "recognition", it is advisable to avoid
- I did not work in the program and I do not know how connectors are called correctly in the Russian interface,
- in the end - it's better to do something shorter, for example, "Autoconnect connectors" or something like that. Perhaps the option can be found in similar programs with connectors, such as Corel or Visio.
2nd point is not bad, but to clarify if another term is used for this in the Russian interface
3rd point is the same
