When choosing a developer plan on deepl.com, you must provide a billing address. The first form in the address is a country, Russia is not in the list, when choosing "another country" a stub pops up.
What can I do with this if I want to use their API in my application? Does it make sense to write to their support if they themselves have determined the list of countries? Perhaps someone faced a similar problem with another service, or had experience working with DeepL, I would be grateful for any relevant experience. (Relocation is a good solution, but not currently available).
