How to translate the USDA Nutrient Database?

The database contains about 4.5 million food items from "Apple, raw" to "Gelatin dessert, dietetic, with fruit and vegetable(s), sweetened with low calorie sweetener". I need a tolerable translation, preferably into all the most common languages up to Russian. Translating this using some Google Translate API would be incredibly expensive. Are there any high-quality open-source solutions for this task?
