The Lazy Nezumi Pro program has a block of presets (presets) called constraint with which Constraint Shortcuts work.
By clicking on Edit Shortcuts we get the following 3 dialog boxes.
General Shortcuts

Merry Christmas to those of you who celebrate it!
This update adds pen tablet support for Sketchbook in Win8.1, and fixes a bug that was causing disconnected lines in GTK apps (Gimp, Inkscape, MyPaint). Many thanks to the users who reported these issues and helped me test fixes.
Many users complained that the constraint parameter shortcuts were a bit awkward, so you can now turn these on or off via the Settings->Constraint Param Shortcuts menu (and you can assign a global hotkey to this via the Edit Shortcuts menu).
I've also moved some menu items to a new Window Settings sub-menu, including a new option to have the window close button exit the app directly (instead of minimizing it to the system tray).

Many users have complained that limiting keyboard shortcut options was a bit inconvenient, so now you can turn them on or off in Menu Settings->Limit Shortcut Options (and you can assign a global hotkey for this via the Edit Keyboard Shortcuts menu).
I also moved some menu items to the new Window Settings submenu, including the new ability to have a Close Window button to exit the application (instead of minimizing it to the system tray).

The screenshots show that the presets are divided into several categories: smoothing - softening, constraint - restriction, misc. - other, etc. Accordingly, Constraint Param Shortcuts set the settings for keyboard shortcuts for working with presets like constraint .
It can be translated, for example, as “Quick call of [preset] constraint parameters”, “Keyboard shortcuts for the constraint preset”, or something like that, depending on the intended audience. Think for yourself.
