How to translate an existing site with Cyrillic in url to transliteration?

Greetings!
Got a site with Cyrillic in urls.
The domain is in transliteration, and the subpages are in Cyrillic.
Sample mysite.ru/delivery-by-region The domain is
4 years old, poorly present in the search, there is little traffic, mainly for branded queries.
You need to decide to leave everything as it is or somehow move to normal transliteration URLs.
I plan to transfer the site itself to wordpress, tk. plans to expand the structure and content of the site.
There are only 12 pages in the search.
I understand that a page redirect is needed.
Can you please tell me what should be the action plan?
How to do everything right? Switch to transliteration or leave everything as it is?
How not to disappear from the search and not lose positions in case of a move?
And does wordpress support Cyrillic URLs at all (if left as is)?
Thank you!

I'm afraid that Cyrillic is not so bad to do redirects to the entire site.
Moving a site is generally a painful thing.
Coupled with the fact that 301 practically does not transmit weight now, this is generally sad.
And moving the domain will not help here.
So I would leave it as is if I were you.

Drupal website? There is a transliteration module, put and replace aliases for
12 pages - it's not scary, believe me
