Currently, YouTube offers automatic subtitles, but you need to understand that these subtitles are not generated on the go, but by analyzing the file directly on Google servers.
You can try to upload the movie to YouTube and download subtitles from there, translate them already.
But you need to understand that speech recognition in a podcast or in a movie with a bunch of extraneous sounds - music, special effects, etc. - will be terrible.
