How to transfer users from a broken domain controller to the same but new one?

Hello everyone, there is a domain that functions very poorly ... it was decided to create the same domain and transfer users according to this article https://itlocate.ru/blog/windows/perenos-vsex-polz... , transferred users, removed from the domain and drove it back into it, but when I logged in, a new account was created, maybe someone met and knows how to do it right?
Thank you all in advance for your help!

Not enough information. IMHO what does it mean

I have a domain that is not functioning very well...
? If the domain controller does not work well, then again, IMHO, one should choose the method of commissioning an additional domain controller, transferring all roles to it, and then correctly displaying the faulty one.

In general, there are a couple of more convenient tools for this - Active Directory Migration Toolkit (ADMT) and Password Export Server (PES). The first carries groups, users, computers and security settings of local profiles, the second - the actual passwords.
