How to transfer the Internet from one router to the second?

The apartment has 1 main router (let's call it A), an Internet cable is connected to it. The router distributes the Internet via wifi.
What I need: to connect the Internet to the device (IP camera) in another room via cable. I don’t want to lay a cable all over the apartment, so the question arose: is it possible to somehow install a second router (let’s call it B) in that room so that it receives the Internet via WIFI from router A and distributes the Internet to my camera through the cable?
