How to make a website for a photographer / artist / designer?

Greetings!
Tell me, what is the easiest way to make a website for a photographer (artist, designer)? Of the requirements - news (or blog); gallery with categories, under categories and tags; static pages.
Please do not offer Wordpress , since I myself know that this is possible on it, but I want something even simpler, ideally a SaaS solution (web service).

I recently found (for my similar tasks) Kirby - getkirby.com/ - and dragged myself through the idea of a file-based CMS. It seems to me that this is a good fresh solution when the person who has to fill out the site does not know fluent HTML. Just throws photos in a folder, and that's it!

Hello. I made a business card site on Joomla, in my opinion, but I didn’t do it myself, but through the BTBG company. They did it in one day and it came out three with something, inexpensive, in general. Here is a link to their website btbg.ru if anyone needs it.
