The question may seem absurd, and I'm almost sure that it doesn't, but I decided to consult more experienced colleagues.
Actually the subject - the person assures that he received a call from Yandex Taxi and he saw a number in the format +7915XXXXXXX,,XXX where XXX after ",," is the extension number of the subscriber and you can immediately call back.
I think that he still confused and he typed from the application (clicktocall link), but the person is directly very sure that it was the incoming call.
I read it, but I didn’t find an exact answer to my question - theoretically, you can transfer anything, will the provider miss the question?

Yandex is a very large company and, I think, can afford to conclude an agreement with a provider that allows the transfer of a customized phone number.
