What is needed (what libraries) to accept sip invites on the server from mango-office and process calls via speeckit with a subsequent response (via cron, fully automatically).

Seen many builds, nodejs, mariadb, ubunta, ngix but my stack is only php, mysql, apache.

I read about Asterisk, but everywhere it is with a web interface and a complete mess, download it, install this, that, that I don’t need.
If I understand correctly, then Asterisk can respond to invites and establish a sip connection.

Here is a link to the "naked" asterisk on the official website . Download, install, connect via console and "go ahead", no bells and whistles, garbage, unnecessary things. "Clean" asterisk from scratch. Flexible for any task. Install and use.
