How to transfer the coordinates received in a java script to another program?

I need to click on an object flying from above the site, using a userscript it doesn’t work, because the site code checks whether the click is real, so I get the coordinates of the object relative to the entire screen and ..., I don’t know, in theory I transfer it to the program on the computer through a text file, the program reads and clicks on the specified coordinates, but the javascript does not seem to be able to save files. Is it possible to somehow solve this situation, so that with the coordinates that are received by the userscript in the browser, make a real click on them.
Ps If you write a program purely on a PC, then the coordinate can be found in the site code downloaded by the program itself, but the problem is that only one is visible there, because the second one is somewhere in the scripts, so you can’t make an exact click.
Pss There is an idea about the program in which I write the browser, through the browser I find the values \u200b\u200bthat I need and click again programmatically, but I don’t know if it’s possible to write the browser in the program and open it, for example, find the necessary data that is hidden in the site script with using the java script method, or the same site code will simply be available to me.
