How to transfer settings and installed brackets editor plugins to another computer?

Made editor settings, installed plugins. And he did it all at work. Now I want to transfer all the same to my home computer.
I haven't tried it yet, but the ideas are such that you can move the folder -
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Brackets\extensions
to a similar folder on another computer. But even if I try and succeed, to what extent will this decision be correct or maybe there is another more successful option?

but it will only install the extensions and themes themselves, but for some reason what settings you made in each plugin does not transfer
