How to transfer phpstorm projects from one computer to another?

Moved all the folders with php project files, exported and imported the settings, but when you start phpstorm, the list of projects on the new computer is not visible. What to do?

Copy the config folder manually and transfer it to a new PC.
Folders with projects must be accessible along the paths from the old PC, otherwise it will not pick up.
